Privacy Policy

Who we are
Rent a Vibe Team is a product of The La Ziza Group LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy describes what information we collect through the Rent a Vibe Team app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address and a password, used to create and secure your account.
Content you submit. The change requests and messages you send, and any photos you attach to them (for example, a screenshot of a problem on your website).
Account identifiers. An internal account ID, and a device push-notification token if you allow notifications.
We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, or analytics profiles, and the app contains no advertising.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, to process the website change requests you submit (including AI-assisted processing of the request text to generate a first-pass response), to let our human team follow up when you ask for it, and to notify you about the status of your requests. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Service providers
We use Google Firebase to provide sign-in, data storage, file storage, and push notifications. Payments for human-team services are processed by Stripe on their own pages — we never see or store your card details. AI providers process the text of your requests only to generate responses inside the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (“Delete my account” on the requests screen), which permanently removes your account and its associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Children
The service is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
