Common questions

How do requests work? Describe the change you want in the app. Your AI helper takes the first pass; if you want a person on it, tap “Get the human team on it” and our team takes over.

Billing. Human-team work is billed per engagement through Stripe. The app itself is free to use. For billing questions or refunds, email us at the address above.

Delete your account. On the requests screen, tap “Delete my account” and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your account and its data. You can also request deletion by email.
